Units are tested in cold weather environments and still provide greater than 70% nitrogen removal.
Eliminite provides significant BOD and COD removal as well as nitrogen removal.
Data has been collected since 1994 and the removal efficiency has not diminished.

The percentage of removal data shown above was achieved during the study for the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation, Helena, Montana. The study looked at three alternative septic systems. The study was written and directed by Osprey Environmental Consulting.
